Ghanaian forward Emmanuel Mensah continued his fine form in the Romanian topflight with another impressive form in the opening fixtures for the 2022/23 football season.
The former Young Apostles FC center forward made the most of his second appearance for CFR Club in their tight 1-0 win over Rapid Bucharesti FC.
Having recently marked his official debut in the UEFA champions league, the 18-year old came on in the 64th minute to help his side to the opening three points of the season.
The Ghanaian import has now featured for opening three matches of the season in all competitions having featured in the Super Cup and the UEFA Champions League elimination return leg.
He has been tipped to play focal role for CFR Cluj after a promising start to the season.
He is expected to lead the line for Club in the upcoming UEFA Conference league qualifier this Thursday.
