Former Young Apostles prodigy, Raymond Anokye Asante, has earned himself senior debut for the first team of Udinese.
The Ghanaian import took to the pitch for his senior team debut against Padova in a freindly clash.
The 18-year-old stormed the pitch in the last 20 minutes of the match after replacing Nigerian forward , Isaac Success.
Udinese narrowly lost the match 3-2 but the exercise confirmed the rise in stature of the Ghanaian import.
”The call-up was a surprise for me because I had trained in the morning with the Primavera and I had message in the locker room to get ready for the match. The feeling is different I must say and tonight’s sleep will be different,” Asante told GHANASoccernet.com
The former Young Apostles attacking sensation stole the Italian headlines with his career shaping 15 goals and 6 assist in the Primavera 2.
