Division One side Young Apostles Football Club has released a detailed road map for the 2022/23 Preseason activities.
The Sunyani based side will regroup for the upcoming season on July 14 with conditioning and shake ups scheduled for July 15.
The club will then play two off season matches against yet to be named opponents before heading to the annual Super Cup.
The Super Cup, which features eight of the best division one league clubs in the country, is into its second edition.
The preseason activities will then be crowned with a super clash against a Premier league side.
